Our frozen meal system gives you flexibility and confidence that
every one of our meals meets or exceeds the nutritional requirements of your
program.
Traditions meals are popular with your program's participants and
administrators. Traditions gives your meal program exactly what it needs —
hearty meals cooked for a wide range of tastes and a fully documented
nutritional analysis.
-
All meals are cooked to suit your program's requirements in our USDA-inspected
facility. Automation ensures consistent portions. Flash-freezing and immediate
shipment guarantee freshness.
-
Individual trays are reheatable in both ovens and microwaves.
-
Meals are shipped directly to your facility or, if you prefer, to one of our
warehouses in your area. Most agencies handle door-to-door deliveries from that
point, but we can also make arrangements to deliver Traditions meals right to
your participants' front steps.
-
Meals are available in five-week cycles, and all are cooked to suit either
spring/summer or fall/winter seasonal tastes. Customization of the meal program
can be developed to meet regional taste preferences. We select foods that
retain their nutritional integrity, texture and taste through freezing and
reheating, and we never substitute inferior or generic products.
-
For home delivery, you can order multi-pack cartons containing two, five or
seven meals. All meals meet or exceed USDA Recommended Dietary Allowances of
nutrients, and a complete nutritional analysis is available for every meal in
the program.
-
For congregate dining, many agencies order Traditions 20-meal cartons — 20
trays of the same meal. Then, they can customize their meal programs — perhaps
adding bread, milk, salad or a dessert — knowing that they have covered all the
nutritional requirements of each participant.
-
A survey of senior nutritional accounts revealed a 97% satisfaction rating for
taste, appearance, portion sizes and variety.
We can meet all bid specifications of your program. In addition, we will
provide you with everything you need to document your program’s compliance with
all published guidelines.
